FAQS
After my fundraiser, how long will my orders take?
Once the fundraising window has closed, in-person or virtually, and payments have processed, all orders take 7-14 business days to be popped fresh, packaged, and delivered.
How can I download the in-person order form?
Please download a generic order form below and fill in your school or organization along with your contact information and order.
We do not accept mail in orders. Please contact us with any questions.
At this time Kettle Kravings does offer expedited fundraising orders.
To provide the full 45% profit, shipping costs are not included in virtual or in-person orders and Kettle Kravings does not offer free shipping. Virtual supports may choose to have orders shipped directly and will pay the shipping costs during checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible with any changes to an in progress order, if payment has already processed please contact us within 3 days to make any changes.
There is an error with my order, what do I do?
If there are any discrepancies with an organization’s fundraising order, please contact us within 7 days of your fundraiser’s end date describing the error.
If you picked up your order from the organizer, please contact your organization.
